Q. What happens if the weather is bad and you are unable to clean the windows?

Don't worry. We will attend your property as soon as the weather permits. If  paying by direct debit, your payment would not be requested until we could fulfil the service.

Q. Do you clean the frames and sills as well as the windows?

Absolutely! They are just as important as the glass windows.

Q. Do I need to be at home when you come?

No! We will access your property as agreed. As we use a text messaging service, this allows us to notify you when we are coming to allow you to perhaps leave the gate unlocked.

Q. How do I know when my windows have been cleaned?

A. We use a text- messaging service allowing us to notify you when your windows will be cleaned. New subscribers please contact us on 07922 142886

Q. Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured and DBS checked.

Q. When will my direct debit payment be debited from my account? 

A. The direct debit will be requested when your windows are due to be cleaned.

Q. Will you store my account details?

A. We use GoCardless so we don't have any access to your banking details. We only see your name, address and email address. You details would never be shared with any third parties as per our privacy policy.

Q. We will be having building work done soon, should I cancel the direct debit?

A. Just let us know! We can pause your payments for X months therefore no need to cancel your direct debit.

Q. I would prefer to pay by standing order. Is that possible?
